ESMA and four EU Regulators to headline at Q15’s 2018 London annual network reception
To mark our 10th year, ESMA’s Carsten
Ostermann will join the Dutch, French,
Spanish and UK regulators in a series of
closed meetings and panel debate at our
31st October London network reception.
The FCA’s Stephen Hanks and Philippe Guillot from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF),
have been very popular guests over the years sharing their insights and answering questions for our
members in both fireside chats and panel discussions. We also welcome back the Spanish and
Dutch regulators as Raul Navarro (CNMV) returns and we welcome the AFM’s Sander van
Leijenhorst.
ESMA and each of the NCAs will join our equities, fixed income, FX and compliance members in four
discrete 30-minute sessions before reconvening later in the evening for what promises to be a very timely
and no doubt lively Brexit panel debate.

POSITIONING
Quorum 15 is independent and self-financed. Neither a lobbying body nor industry association, we bring leaders together in frank discussion to identify areas of consensus that can be fed back into their respective associations. Frankness is encouraged through our policy of operating under the Chatham House Rule. Fairness is ensured by our Competition Law policy which prohibits any discussion that could be considered in any way to be anti-competitive.ADVISORY BOARD
To ensure the agendas at each of our quorum’s only focus on what is most important to our members, an advisory board comprised of both buy and sell-side members has been established in each quorum location. In the run-up to every event that we run, three or four key topics are identified, put to the vote and from there the primary and secondary topics are determined – along with any guest speakers.Latest News
