Participants broadly agreed that the market has entered a new phase of development. Digital assets are no longer viewed as a niche innovation topic, but increasingly as a strategic market structure issue requiring formal institutional positioning.

A recurring theme throughout the discussion was the absence of a clearly defined operating model for digital assets. Multiple infrastructure approaches continue to coexist — including traditional systems, private blockchain models and public-chain environments — creating fragmentation across execution, custody, settlement and compliance workflows.

The session reinforced that successful adoption will require substantial investment in governance redesign, legal and compliance capability, operational integration and cross-functional coordination.
